We are committed to providing you with the best beef. To do so, we offer local beef, aged up to 20 days to ensure tenderness and flavor and then professionally cut and vacuum-sealed for freshness.

    • If buying a quarter beef is too much, consider saving money and stocking up on the cuts of beef that you eat most

    • Right now we do not have a fully stocked display of fresh meats, but if you stop in, we’ll custom cut anything we have in stock
